    ד"ר ג'לאל עבד אלגני בעל .Ph.D בספרות ערבית קלסית בהצטיינות יתרה מאוניברסיטת חיפה. את לימודי הפוסט-דוקטורט שלו השלים באוניברסיטת הרווארד. מרצה לספרות במחלקה לשפה וספרות ערבית וחבר בוועדת האתיקה לסטודנטים.
