ד"ר היידי פלביאן בעלת (.Ph.D) במנהיגות חינוכית תוך התמחות בחינוך המיוחד, מאוניברסיטת דייטון שבארה"ב. שותפה פעילה בהובלה ובהקמה של בית הספר לתלמידים עם לקויות למידה מורכבות, בי"ס בטב"ע. מרצה במסלולים השונים בפקולטה לחינוך ומנהיגות. בנוסף, מנחה בכירה של תיאוריית ההשתנות הקוגניטיבית ומרצה בתחום בכנסים שונים בעולם.

מחקר

חוקרת את סוגיות השילוב לילדים ובוגרים עם לקויות למידה ומציגה בכנסים לאומיים ובינלאומיים בארץ ובעולם. לקויות למידה ודרכי ההתמודדות בגיל בית הספר ובאקדמיה, הפרעות קשב ומשמעותן, שילוב בחיי היומיום של אנשים עם צרכים מיוחדים. תחומי התמחות: חינוך מיוחד I הפרעות קשב ולקויות למידה I תהליכי חשיבה ופיתוח חשיבה

מחקר

תחומי המחקר שלה הם פסיכונוירואימונולוגיה, עם התמחות בכאב, דיכאון של הגיל המבוגר ופסיכיאטריה ביולוגית. המחקר המרכזי בו היא עוסקת מתמקד בשני מודלים לדיכאון בגיל המבוגר: חשיפה ארוכת טווח ללחץ (מודל CMS) נזק לחומר הלבן במוח. מחקר זה נועד לעמוד על הפרופיל הייחודי של הדיכאון בגיל המבוגר, בהשוואה לדיכאון המופיע בגיל צעיר יותר, ונערך במסגרת המחלקה לפסיכיאטריה והמעבדה לפסיכיאטריה ביולוגית במרכז הרפואי 'הדסה' בירושלים. תחומי התמחות: מדעי החברה

בעלת תואר ראשון ושני (.B.Sc.ו-.M.Sc) במדעי הטבע מהאוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים, ודוקטורט ממכון וייצמן למדע בפיסיקה כימית. בנוסף לתפקידה כמנכ"ל המכללה ממלאת ד"ר גרובגלד שורה של תפקידים אקדמיים ומנהליים הן במכללה והן מחוצה לה ביניהם: מנחה בהתמחות ניהול אקדמי-פדגוגי במכון מופ"ת, מרכזת הפורום הארצי של מרכזים אקדמיים במכללות לחינוך, במכון מופ"ת ועוד. בנוסף, מחזיקה בתפקידים ציבוריים ביניהם חברה במזכירות הארצית של ועדת הצופים הדתיים ברחובות, ויו"ר עמותת ההורים של ביה"ס התיכון אמי"ת-עמיחי.

מחקר

את עבודת המחקר שלה (.Ph.D) עשתה בנושא אינדוקציה של שינויים מטבוליים ומוות המושרים ע"י תרופות הגורמות נזק לדנ"א: מחקר בעזרת תהודה מגנטית גרעינית על חיידקי E.Coli ותאי סרטן שד ממקור הומני. כיום חוקרת בתחום הניהול האקדמי והנוירופדגוגיה. תחומי התמחות: הכשרת מורים I הוראת מדעים I מדעים
